Voting for the Common Good (Victorian Election 2022)
The Bishops of Victoria have written to the Catholic community to provide an election guide designed to help Catholics consider and navigate key issues of significance, particularly those related to the common good.
The Sandhurst Catholic story commences and coincides with the phenomena of the discovery of gold and the arrival of the Reverend Dr Henry Backhaus to the Forest Creek and Bendigo diggings in April and May of 1852.

February 2022 was Synod Consultation month in Sandhurst. The Diocese adoped the Coffee Conversations tri-fold, provided by the National Centre for Pastoral Reserach, as a user-friendly model for consutaltions in parishes, schools and catholic community groups.
The Diocese of Sandhurst celebrated synodality with five video-email packages released over the Easter season in 2022.
